Nino Ricci has been named the Killam Visiting Professor in Canadian Studies for Fall 2024 at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Ricci was the inaugural holder of the professorship in 2009 and will be reprising his role this fall as part of Bridgewater’s vibrant Canadian Studies program.
Bridgewater’s Canadian Studies program has promoted research, teaching, and learning about Canada and Canadian-American relations since 1973. The Killam professorship is one of the few endowed chairs in Canadian Studies in the U.S. In addition to teaching an advanced course in creative writing Ricci will be taking part in an international symposium on his work to be held at the university this October.
